Community Living Program began in 1972 with the opening of our first home, which provided a home for twelve men and women.

SLI provides health care coordination to most individuals receiving Community Living or Independent Living services.

With SLI’s support, individuals live as Independently as possible in the residence of their choice.

Transportation Services
Thanks to SLI’s Transportation Services, those individuals within our programs are able to live, work, learn, play, and contribute in Topeka and beyond.
The Retirement Program acknowledges that everyone, regardless of age, should have the opportunity to remain active and engaged.
